Other items requested: Loss runs, copy of sub-contractor agreement, and requested contractual obligations (additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary/non-contributory)
Send the above items to submissions@bigfootbinds.com for underwriter assignment. Typically, you receive an email about which underwriter assigned has been assigned to your submission overnight. If complete, you will receive 2-3 carriers in response. If incomplete, you will receive notice of missing items. Turn-around time varies from one day to a week, depending on the complexity of the account and number of revisions you provide. All submissions are handled in the order they are received.

How to fill out an Acord
These ACORD forms are typically standardized forms for commercial insurance needs. It is based on what the insured is requesting and since you will likely need to fill these out for all commercial needs its best for you fill them out so you can become comfortable with them. Why We Use Acords
We get a lot of questions about why we use Acords. As Lloyd cover holders, we are proud members of ACORD. Acord is a non-profit organization that has been providing global insurance industry standards since 1970.
Our focus is on hard to place risks and so any attempt at standardization is greatly appreciated. We get that not all questions apply to you, but often times Acords are the best starting point when we broker a risk. Acord works with Carriers, Reinsurers, Brokers, Agents, Markets, Regulators, Insureds, Vendors, Industry Associations, M.G.As, M.G.Us, and other stakeholders to navigate the ever changing landscape of regulations and keep up with the pace of technology. In a world full of uncertainty, Acords assist us in assessing risk in the most efficient, accurate, and effective way.
