Independent Agents: We need a signed copy of our Producers Agreement , W9 Form, and copies of your Resident License as well as your Errors & Omissions policy. We will not ask for this when you sign up if you are a Farmers Agent appointed though Kraft Lake so it is key that you use your @farmers email to skip the hassle.
